Preserve the club. Respect its limits.

Restoration can renew a finish and reduce visible damage, but the club material and condition determine every safe step.

Restoration may include

  • Finish removal and complete surface preparation
  • Heavier rust removal and safe scratch or ding reduction
  • A new finish and full paint fill
  • Disassembly and reassembly when the approved work requires it

Inspection decides

  • Whether the club material supports the requested finish
  • How far scratches, dings, and corrosion can be reduced safely
  • Whether specialty plating or coating is available and appropriate
  • The exact scope, materials, timing, and final price

View every FAQ
What does golf club restoration include?

Restoration can include finish removal, surface preparation, heavier rust removal, safe scratch or ding reduction, a new finish, full paint fill, and reassembly when required. Final scope follows inspection.

How much does golf club restoration cost?

Iron and wedge restoration is $65 per club. Putter restoration is $100 per club. Drivers, fairway woods, and hybrids require inspection and a custom quote.

Can you restore an old golf putter?

Often, yes. We first inspect the putter material, construction, current finish, and damage. Putter restoration is $100 when the approved standard scope applies.

Can restoration remove rust, scratches, and dents?

Restoration can remove heavier rust and safely reduce some scratches and dings. We do not promise complete removal or a factory-new result before inspecting the club.

How long does golf club restoration take?

Restoration usually takes 7–10 days after inspection and approval. Specialty materials, coatings, or unusual construction can change the timeline.

Is restored finish work guaranteed?

Restoration services are quoted after inspection and depend on club material, finish, damage, and desired outcome. Some finishes or structural damage may not be serviceable.
